Description:  This crocheted scarf features a web-like lattice design that is repeated over 8 rows.  The scarf will have a tendency to pull in while working it, which gives an interesting, almost reptilian texture.  You can leave the scarf like that, or you can block it for a flat, more lattice-looking fabric.  The heathery quality of Allegro Lace adds extra interest.

Level:  Intermediate (chain netting, sc, tr)

Size: 36" long x 4.75" wide (unblocked)

Materials: 

• 2 skeins of Crystal Palace Allegro Lace (shown in 3059 "Pea Pod")
• E4 crochet hook in Crystal Palace Bamboo
• Tapestry needle

Gauge:  ~7½ sts=1" in lace pattern

Abbreviations:  ch- chain; ch sp- chain space, sc- single crochet; sk- skip, st(s)- stitch(es); tr- treble
